If the hardware is in warranty and we authorise the return of the item we will provide you with an RMA number. The RMA number will be provided over the phone or automatically sent to the main reception email address we have setup on the system for your pool.

To Return:
Package the hardware along with a printed copy of the RMA email or a note with the senders name, address and RMA number. Please use a padded envelope to protect the hardware you returning.
There are two options for postage:
- Send the envelope back to us using our freepost response service. Simply write "Freepost SWIMTAG" as the address on the envelope and take it to a post office or post box: Please make sure the word “SWIMTAG” is written in capitals. You do not need to add our full postal address if your are using this freepost service. This is a free to use, untracked service and the post office will not give you any proof of posting. This service is therefore use at the senders own risk.
- Pay for your own postage and return your hardware to 222 Sports Limited, Glove Factory Studios, 1 Brook Lane, Holt, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 6RL. With proof of posting, if a wristband goes missing in the post we will replace it free of charge.
