Virgin Active have installed SWIMTAG into two new sites in the capital.

VA Chiswick Park and VA West London both saw the installation of SWIMTAG on 5th July with the teams at both sites keen to give the wristbands a try!

Virgin users benefit frim SWIMTAG's integration to the Technogym Wellness Cloud, so as well as using all of SWIMTAG's great features then can upload their swims to their mywellness.com account.

The installations brings the total number of Virgin Active sites using SWIMTAG up to 14.

The monthly operator emails are now live! Bringing you key pool stats straight to your inbox each month along with the latest news and developments from the SWIMTAG team. You can also see which challenges are currently scheduled at your pool and who the top 10 swimmers are at your site each month. We will be adding more content each month so let us know any suggestions you have using the feedback tab.

Maidstone Leisure Centre today because the fourth site run by Serco to install SWIMTAG technology for their swimmers following installations in Basingstoke, Eastbourne and on the Isle of Jersey.

The centre boasts a large 25m x 15m pool and swimmers have already started virtually swimming the English Channel, using SWIMTAG’s Challenge feature!

SWIMTAG was installed at the brand new £7.5m Sparkhill Pool and Fitness Centre in Birmingham, in preparation for it’s grand opening in summer 2017.

Sparkhill will be operated by Places for People Leisure, one of our key partners who currently have SWIMTAG in over 70 of their pools.

PfP Leisure have made SWIMTAG an integral part of their strategy to get more people swimming, so as well as offering wristbands to all swim members, it’s also available to those who take part in their various health initiatives such as Swimazing and Swim4Health.

The SWIMTAG team were exhibiting at Elevate 2017 on the 10th/11th May at the ExCeL London, the show was a great opportunity to catch up with many of our current SWIMTAG operators and show off the latest kit including our Lane Displays and brand new wireless charging wristbands as well as our Digital Signage options. We also got to meet some new operators and even plan some exciting integrations with other fitness suppliers
