An extensive library of training videos is available to all pool operators on the resources page of the Operator Panel.
An installation takes between 10 minutes and 1 hour at reception and no pool downtime is required. If you are installing the Docking Station software on your own hardware you can download and test the application in advanced of the installation date. A single power socket is required for each SWIMTAG Tower. The SWIMTAG team will send our IT requirements to your IT Team in advance of the installation and if required they will request a number of sample membership cards to ensure the correct reader is shipped to site.
